Earlier this year, Stanes Rand were extremely proud to be accepted as one of only four UK member firms of INPACT International – acting as sole representatives for Cambridgeshire and beyond.
INPACT International is an alliance of more than 140 accountancy firms from 60 countries worldwide.
Having gone through a “rigorous selection process” this membership endorsed our global service capabilities and confirmed that we are a firm that can ‘get work done globally’. Indeed, as stated on INPACT’s website “…we only admit firms that can prove they know their local jurisdiction like the back of their hand and who have experience of handling matters that have an international dimension…” (www.inpactint.com)
In real terms, this means that clients of Stanes Rand can embark on growing and expanding their businesses on an international scale, confident of the level of service and expertise they will receive from us. Similarly, we are also happy to receive referrals from fellow INPACT members who are looking for accountants in the UK.
Why INPACT International?
As committed members, we were delighted to receive news that INPACT was presented with the ‘Highly Commended’ award in the Association of the Year category at the 2014 International Accounting Bulletin Industry Forum & Awards hosted in London last week (October 2014).
The award was collected in front of over 100 industry leaders from the global accounting profession who had gathered to celebrate worldwide best practice in the accounting profession.
The well-deserved Highly Commended award – an unprecedented accolade in any award category – was bestowed on INPACT by a judging panel impressed by its “relationship based approach and regional activity focus”.
While it could be argued that accountants are somewhat spoilt for choice when it comes to forming an alliance with an International Group, not only does INPACT rank among the Top 20 International associations of independent accounting firms, but this recent award gives credence to their commitment to pursuing new opportunities among member firms that will benefit their clients. It is this benefit to clients that resonated with us and piqued our desire to become INPACT members.
